I am active...
Whether you're a life long fitness fanatic or looking to conquer your fears, taking part in a challenge event is a fantastic way to support NAT, as well as being potentially a once in a life time opportunity!
Set yourself a challenge this New Year!
If you, like many of us, are setting yourself a New Year’s resolution to get in shape, signing up for a challenge event in 2016 could be the perfect incentive. Plus you’ll be helping NAT to reach its policy and campaigning goals over the coming year and we’ve got big plans, including campaigning for same-sex sex-education and protecting HIV support services. Find out more here.
With obstacles that include 10ft walls, electric shocks and ice water, this 12 mile assault course is guaranteed to test your physical and mental determination. Tough Mudder is a NAT favourite as it involves working as a team and is the perfect way to get fit, have fun and make friends.
We already have one Tough Mudder NA-Team signed up for the London West event on 1 May. If you’d like to join them just get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org.
But if this doesn't suit, don’t worry! Have a look at the 2016 Tough Mudder event calendar and let us know if you’d like to sign up for any.
